Insurance and Billing

For each type of surgery there is one standard fee which covers all operating room and recovery room equipment and routine supplies. This does not include the fee for services provided by physicians (Surgeon, Anesthesiologist, Radiologist or Pathologist), CRNA’s (Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist) or charges for pre-operative testing.

All charges are the patient’s responsibility. As a service to patients, we will bill insurance companies. Deductible or co-payment amounts required by the patient’s insurance company should be paid prior to surgery. Patient’s without insurance coverage should make payment arrangements before the day of the surgery. Visa, MasterCard and personal checks are acceptable. Fees for cosmetic surgery procedures are payable in full before the day of surgery.
